Following his father’s footsteps, Granden has been full time in the plumbing industry for over 18 years.
After coming on board full time, Granden worked to grow the company along with his brother to its current status offering diversification with new construction and service and repair departments. A company that was once a one-man crew has grown under the leadership of two brothers and now employs over 30 full time Team Members and runs 13 trucks offering service 24/7 and growing.
Granden continues to oversee the operations of the company and exemplifies leadership by making time to mentor individual managers, fellow leaders and individual team members.
Service & Repair Executive Manager
Starting in 2004 as a plumbing apprentice, Eddie began improving on his technical and leadership skills.
Today, as Service and Repair Manager, Eddie manages the schedule and dispatching of our Service and Repair teams. His experience includes new construction as well as service and repair, giving him expertise in all plumbing related areas.
He organizes specialized services and prepares proposals for special projects as required by managers. He aims to lead by example and works to mentor his technicians, understanding each Team Member as individuals, working to support their strengths and keep them encouraged throughout the demands of the industry requirements.
Director of Internal Operations
Kezia has been with Meier Plumbing for seven years. She oversees day to day operations to enhance administration process at Meier Plumbing.
While she leads the office staff, her role is all inclusive. A few of her many hats include: Corporate Accounting, Company Operations, Human Resources, Company Communications, and Office Management.
As a leader of the office staff, she works with each individual to build them to be effective in their duties while allowing each one to grow in their own strengths and fill the right place in our company. She is focused on providing quality customers service while keeping our company’s focus a priority.
As a formal employee of Irvine Company, her experience with property management and engineering staff gives her a greater understanding of property management needs.
New Construction & Special Projects
Ramon has been with Meier Plumbing full time since 2002. His leadership over our ReDevelopment Department has allowed the team to grow and provide excellent service to high profile customers.
He prides himself in providing quality work with quantity. His growth in leadership is proving with newer Team Members growing in our ranks, learning quickly and helping our companies profitability.
His continual communication with his team and on site superintendants allows him be up to date on any project he oversees.
Lawrence has been with Meier Plumbing for over a year. His previous work experience with manufacturing plumbing parts and quality control has proven to be extremely useful addition to our team.
As Shop Mananager, Lawrence is in charge of making sure all of our technicians are equipped and prepared for their day. He helps with the day to day purchasing, shipping and receiving, and maintenance of shop and vans..
Project Manager / Backflow Coordinator
At the beginning of his career, Jeremy began working as a plumber’s apprentice. His path lead him into sales, working in the plumbing industry for most of his career.
Jeremy joined our team to help us manage our material purchasing. He is responsible to help Meier Plumbing get the best price in order to pass along savings to our customers.
He is working to help manage our inventory for loss prevention, as well as obtaining cost savings through rebates and other avenues, allowing us to continue providing quality service to our customers while increasing their property value with fiscal responsibility.
Service & Repair Support
Billing / Finance Administration
Ayesha came on board to take over Service and Repair billing. In just a few short months, she has been quick to pick up and understand a large part of our service industry. As receptionist, she quickly gained understanding of our dispatching requirements and works to help schedule each call that comes in daily. Her ability to communicate has allowed her to effectively work with various types of individuals internally and externally. Staying on task, she works to ensure all technicians submit all required information so she can submit billing to our customers as quickly as possible. She provides assistance as needed with various special projects always with a smile and eager to assist.
